Listen to our show this Monday!!!
This Monday night (December 5th) from 10-12 will be the last Useless Dolphins with Radars show of the semester. I know it is a sad thing, but we will accept any bereavement gifts you wish to send us. There is some good news, we will have two more shows during free format week but more on that later.
This week Alysa and I will be playing our 7 "Most Listened To" songs of the semester. It does not matter if they came out this semester or not. These are the 7 songs that have been the soundtrack to our lives (quite a dull one at that) this past semester. In addition we will be playing some wonderful indie christmas music from artists like Belle and Sebastian, Sufjan Stevens, Bright Eyes, and more. It will be a grand event, and we would love if you would all listen. You can listen on the old boom box if you are in the Oswego area on 88.9 WNYO. For you out of town folks you can listen online while you work on that final paper, which you are busy bull shitting the night before it is due. Just follow this link: Right Here and listen to all your worries float away. You can even telehphone us at 315-312-2907 and wish a Happy Holidays, and perhaps request your own favorite song from the semester.
Next week at times to be announced soon we will have two wonderful two hours of music for you. We will be dedicating an entire show to The Decemberists, and another show to Mr. Sufjan Stevens. We shall discuss their discography and debate the lyical content of their beautiful songs. You will not want to miss that.
We did interview Action-Action and Men, Women, and Children and we will have those interviews next semester since it takes time to edit them and stuff. Plus we are very busy eating Asiago Cheese bagels from Panera and snow to do such things. The show was a great time, and we will discuss this on the radio as well. So there are so many great reasons to listen. Perhaps I will even give away something from my apartment I dont really need as a holiday gift.
Oh yeah and Morrissey is going to be our special in-studio guest
